Example for payTo payments with same source and destination
PayTo payments to the same destination can be initiated based on the following rules:
Different amount: Allowed once every 2 hours.
Same amount: Allowed once every 24 hours.
Pre-condition: The PayTo agreement must be authorized for a minimum of 2 payments per day.
Examples
✅ Valid
07:00 AM → $700, followed by 09:00 AM → $900 (different amounts on or after 2 hours)
07:00 AM → $800, followed by next day 07:00 AM → $800 (same amount after 24 hours)
❌ Invalid
07:00 AM → $800, followed by 07:00 PM → $800 (same amount within 24 hours)
