Direct Debit (DD) Payment Frequency Rules
Direct Debit payments can be initiated to the same destination based on the following rules:
Different or same amount: Allowed once every 24 hours.
Not processed: On weekends, public holidays or bank holidays.
Pre-condition: The customer must have authorized and approved the DD agreement.
Examples
✅ Valid
07:00 AM → $800, followed by next day 08:00 AM → $800 (same amount after 24 hours)
⚠️ Multiple in one batch: Submitting multiple requests within the same batch will not be rejected, however they will be processed together as a single batch and may be flagged for review.
Weekend submission: 07:00 AM Friday → $800, followed by Saturday 08:00 AM → $750 (weekend request not processed).
Less than 24 hours: 07:00 AM → $800, followed by same day 07:00 PM → $750 (less than 24 hours apart).
